There are many resources available to learn about Reiki. For an introduction, the Wikipedia Reiki page is informative, as is the information page of the Reiki Association. In terms of medical research on Reiki this article by Pamela Miles from the University of Minnesota shows how the medical community is showing interest in Reiki, and its benefits. Another great resource is the Reiki Dharma website of Frank Arjava Petter who has written and researched extensively on the subject of Reiki. A great many books exist, and below I list a few of those which I have found helpful and inspiring in my own journey. Barbara Ann Brennan's Hands of light is for me a absolute classic, and perhaps one book that really changed my life. I read it long before I ever heard of Reiki, but when I did finally discover Reiki, I knew that I'd come home.
